CariKopi is a directory and marketplace that connects coffee lovers with local cafes. Because we host multiple independent vendors, the fulfillment of physical food and beverage items is subject to the framework below.

1. Fulfillment Methods

Vendors on CariKopi generally offer one or both of the following fulfillment methods during checkout:

• Self-Pickup / Takeaway: You agree to travel to the café’s physical location to collect your order at the designated time.
• Merchant Delivery: Some vendors offer local delivery using their own riders or third-party logistics (e.g., Lalamove, GrabExpress).

2. Delivery Fees and Radius

CariKopi does not impose a standard platform-wide shipping fee. Delivery coverage areas, minimum order amounts, and delivery fees are strictly determined by the individual vendor and will be calculated and displayed clearly at checkout before payment.

3. Estimated Preparation and Delivery Times

Preparation and delivery times vary based on the café’s operating hours, current order volume, and weather conditions. While vendors strive to prepare orders within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur. CariKopi is not liable for delays caused by third-party delivery services or vendor-side issues.

4. Uncollected Orders

If you choose “Self-Pickup” and fail to collect your order within the café’s operating hours, the items will be forfeited to ensure food safety and quality. No refunds will be issued for uncollected items.
