• Personal Details: Name, email address, phone number, and account passwords.
• Location Data: To facilitate our “Check-In” and “Nearby Shops” features, we request access to your device’s geolocation.
• User Content: Photos, reviews, saved trips, and shop suggestions you upload to the platform.
• Transaction Data: Order history and wallet balances. Note: All primary payment processing is securely handled by our payment gateway partner (CHIP); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to provide and improve our services, including:

• Verifying proximity for physical café check-ins.
• Awarding points and updating the community Leaderboard.
• Transmitting necessary order details (Name, Phone, Order Items) to café vendors for order fulfillment.
• Sending important notifications, updates, and marketing materials (which you can opt out of).

3. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. We only share information with:

• Registered Vendors: Strictly for the purpose of fulfilling your food/beverage orders.
• Service Providers: Secure payment gateways (e.g., CHIP) and cloud hosting infrastructure.
