"Recently discovered this special cafΓ© in πŸ“PJ Old Town 🏠✨ It’s actually converted from a decades-old house, giving the place a really unique and cosy vibe! During the day, you can drop by for food and coffee, while outdoor seating is also available at night πŸ‘πŸ»β€¨β€¨What makes this place even more special is that they bake their bread fresh daily 🍞 From brioche buns and potato buns to milk toast, they make everything in-house even the burger buns are freshly baked here! πŸ˜πŸ”β€¨β€¨Here’s what we ordered:β€¨πŸ” Triple-D Smash (Their homemade brioche bun comes with a smash beef patty, cheese and pickled cucumber. "Parking is HORRENDOUS. They say you can park in their compound but max is like 3 cars. Two parking spots are side by side but one parking is deep inside the narrow compound (best if you have one small car) and good luck if anyone parks behind you. I recommend you drop off your passengers, go one round and park at the road side behind the cafe (make sure youre not blocking the road because school vans and big trucks go through frequently since its residential area).

Went during a weekday 11.30 am because worried no parking. The food is reasonably priced for the quality you get. We ordered the triple smash burger (beef), the chessy curry chicken rice (spicy like wow spicy and served PIPING HOT), golden cube (brioche French toast cubes with honey. Served with butter and peanut butter on the side), chicken cube (fried chicken pieces thats so juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside and the portion was BIG; as big as a whole meal by itself), and 2 drinks (matcha latte and cold chocolate. So nice on such a hot day and it was SMOOTH). Took around 5 minutes for the drinks to arrive and another 10 minutes for all the dishes to arrive. The burger came super fast. The kitchen had lots of people so didnt have to wait long for the food.

The cafe has 6 tables (one inside a private room. I think only 6 pax and above get to use it? Saw a group walk in and brought to the room when they answered how many of them were there). Best i think is 3 to 4 pax. Majority of the tables can fit that amount of people.

They also sell buns for an affordable price. Every packet i saw was 9.90. They sell brioche bun, brioche long bun, Japanese milk toast?, and potato bun. They also have basil butter that they sell for rm 20 per jar and its GOOD. Its savoury and kind of tastes like tomato pesto.

Would recommend that if you can, go for the tables with stools, try not to go for the low seats.... very difficult to eat your food when you have to arch your back to reach it constantly for every bite... oh yeah, the location has air con so its a great cooling break from the malaysian heat after walking to the cafe."

"An interesting cafΓ© and bakery concept where an old new village type residence is converted into an in-house bakery/cafΓ© place. The ambience is homely, and space feels like a throwback to my late paternal grandparents' residence a stone's throw down along Jalan Penchala. It's a welcome sight indeed seeing such organic growth among the nooks around this area and this cafΓ© is testament to it. That being mentioned, the interior seating space is limited, so try avoiding coming here during the peak weekend and lunchtime hours.

The menu is still limited owing to the smaller size of the kitchen and prep area but good enough for the overall crowd coming in here. This bakery seems to specialise in-house baked brioche type breads which they use to good effect for the various sandwiches and burgers on menu. I really enjoyed their single pattied smashed cheese burger. The iced long black house coffee went down really well with the burger. All in all a great place to chillax. Come by during their off peak times for the ambient experience of a new village home. Highly recommended."
