"Had a lovely experience here! The ambiance is cozy and relaxing, making it a great place to unwind or catch up with friends. The interior is beautifully designed with a modern and aesthetic touch that makes the whole café feel warm and inviting.

The coffee was smooth and flavorful, and the matcha was rich, creamy, and not overly sweet—definitely one of the better ones I’ve had. Overall, it’s a wonderful café with great drinks, a beautiful atmosphere, and a comfortable vibe. Would definitely come back again!"

"Another lovely stop for #ProjekKopiAsli ☕️ The café has a very aesthetic atmosphere, it looks like an old building that has been beautifully renovated, giving the space a unique sense of elegance and character. I was hoping to try a caramel macchiato for comparison, but since it wasn’t available, I went for the pineapple tonic instead, which was incredibly refreshing and perfect for the weather.

The coffee was enjoyable, the air conditioning was excellent, and I appreciated that they also provide a comfortable workspace for those who want to get some work done. Definitely a place worth spending a few hours in."

"This place has grown tremendously over the years. The space has always been beautifully curated. Today the coffee is good, cakes are solid & they now serve food as well which exceeded my expectations - very tasty! I went twice over the long Raya weekend. Soo good. Goodvibes too. Beautiful space & ambience. Sit indoors for a cool vibe or outdoors under the trees. I will be back.

P/S spotted an EV Charger at the rear entrance! Will park there next time!"

"Really nice, cozy place in the middle of kuantan town. The coffee is decent, enjoyed the Long Black, but this is more for the mainstream coffee lovers. They don't have pour over drip or artisan coffee blends. Matcha was also good. The staff was very friendly and knowing that I wanted pour over coffee he recommended another coffee place which I'm gonna try soon. All in all the vibe of the place is very chill and homey. Can stay here for hours reading or working on laptop."

"Kuantan Exploration - Cafe Part 1

A bit of history - Jalan Besar used to be THE main road of Kuantan. In the past, it was also ⁰ no no no me. called 'ham the gai' or salted fish street where countless of shops selling this delicacy. There was a happening night club, restaurants and even the very first KFC.

Today it is home of many F&B, restaurants while a selected few old shops remained. Strolling along this street evoked memories for me - fondest memory being brought by my dad to eat KFC during payday.

Anyway, Muka Coffee took an old building, prenovated and turned it into an aesthetic cafe. The design was decidedly clean, industrial and modern yet didn't feel cold.

Coffee was decent as we spent close to an hour there."
