"The aesthetics strike first, even from afar - a light-drenched, pristine expanse of white zen serenity that feels almost surreal tucked into the corner of an otherwise ordinary tourist hotel. The contrast does not merely glow; it radiates.

Inside, the monastic aura deepens - minimalist, transcendental, almost meditative. It becomes immediately apparent that they are not merely serving arabica, but curating an entire experience around it. The petits fours and mignardises are displayed like rare artefacts in a gallery of edible jewels. Before the spell fully overtakes us, we manage to order a drink and a delicate morsel.

The Pinaco - an Ethiopian coffee and pineapple concoction - was restrained, elegant, and mercifully not too sweet. The tiramisu was exquisitely artful. The standards here are not merely un-kommonly high, but faintly celestial.

The baristas move with sacerdotal grace, their manner touched with an almost ecclesiastical solemnity. The only thing missing was a swinging censer trailing ribbons of incense through the air."

"A lovely café to stop by if you’re staying at Travelodge. We tried the White Coffee and the Brûlée Coffee, and both were really good; smooth, well-balanced, and not overly sweet.

The Ondeh Cake was delicious too. At RM21, it’s definitely on the pricier side, but the quality made it worth it. Great coffee, tasty cake, and a nice cosy atmosphere. Would happily come back again."

"Can’t recommend this place enough. Ended up coming in every single day during my stay, that alone says a lot.

Drinks are consistently excellent, well-balanced and thoughtfully made. The baristas are polite, friendly, and genuinely helpful.

The space itself is beautiful in its simplicity, clean lines, white washed, and an easygoing atmosphere that makes you want to linger.

More than just a hotel café."

"This cafe serves such interesting drinks apart from the usual coffee and tea. I would definitely recommend the Mango Sticky Rice and Cheese Cake Brulé."

"It looks clean from outside but the white sofas are stained so much it feels quite uncomfortable to fully relax upon. The house blend is good for i e americano. Also tried the pour over chiang rai beans with a fruity note- it is as the taste notes described. The barista was considerate and attentive to the creation of the cup."
